"Young girl deceived"

This is a poem that I really felt led by God to write. It is dedicated to all the young girls that are lost and can't find there way back home,to all the young celebrity girls who started out too young and didn't have the courage to stand up or the parents who didn't have the courage to stand up for them.

Young girl deceived, What have you received? Nothing that they promised you and you wish they would just shew. Far, far away because you want to start a new day but sadly they wont go away cause they have nothing better to do. They follow you wherever you go, and the things that they post make you feel low. Some are true some are lies, just to make your life more interesting. They never shoot you doing noble things, just the ones of you sinning. You try to get out of the situation your in but what they do is pull you back in. They choose to believe the lies that were told and the gossipers get rich as each one is sold. They promised you happiness and in return there was sadness. They made you wear impure clothing, not caring about your true feelings. As you were more sad they were more glad. The publicity and opportunity. "Ms Good girl gone bad" was the cover story they had. They laughed as she cried and hid as they mocked. Young girl deceived, You feel so lost and unloved. Do you know that there is love from above. The one who created you and me has loved you from the start, when others you loved have just broken your heart. There is forgiveness in His arms and He will keep you from harm. Repent to Him and He will show you truth, The girl that you can be and you will finally see. Sweet young girl who is no longer deceived but has received a gift to be free and an everlasting love that can only be given by OUR KING.

Modest is hottest

When we dress immodestly we are not only disrespecting ourselves but GOD.As Christian women we are on a higher standard than other women,We are supposed to make people stop and look at us not because we are showing off a little to much skin,but because we radiate purity,and we show the love of Christ.Our inner and outer beauty can lead others to Christ,We are to wittness and to be an example of Christs love.If we dont trust God in the way we dress but choose to make our selves common we destroy our testomony and we choose to desrespect ourselves.Its as simple as this if you dress like a lady you will be treated like one,if you dress improperly you will get little to no respect.Dressing and acting modest does not mean you cant enjoy your beauty I mean The Lord wants you to enjoy your beauty just dont believe thats all you are or thats what defines you because its your heart,character,and faith that will show your true beauty,If you dont believe me tell me have you ever seen a cute girl just by the looks of her you thought she was wonderful shes pretty has a good since of fashion but when she opened her mouth and you saw how ugly she really was by the bad mouth she had.Charm is deceptive,and beauty is fleeting,but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.Proverbs 31:30.Lets look at what modesty shows 1. Respect for our Creator 2.Respect for ourselves and 3. Respect for our brothers.Dont you know you dont need these immodest fashions to be beautiful dont you know God thinks your GEORGOUS,that you are the most beautiful thing because of your purity.Dont you know that your body is a temple that is not yours but has been bought with a great price therefore glorify God with your body.when you dress immodesty it displeases God.Tell me when you see a girl on the cover of cosmo magazine,or play boy does she really look like shes trying to please God cause I dont,I think she is" like a gold ring in a pigs snout for she is a beautiful woman who shows no descretion." Proverbs11:22Did you know that God says we are Princesses that we are His daughters,Dont you think its about time we act like one Phisically and Spiritually.Modesty and purity is truly desirable and beautiful even though thats not what our culturesays, its what God says and we should take Him at his word.How does God feel about immodest women Isaiah 3:16-23 says "The Lord say,The women of Zion are haughty,walking along with outstretched necks,flirting with their eyes,tripping along with mincing steps,with ornaments jingleing on their ankles.Therefore The Lord will bring sores on the heads of the women of Zion,The Lord will make their scalps bald."and Proverbs 5:3 For the lips of an aldulteress drip honey,and her speech is smoother than oil,'butin the end she is bitter as gall,and sharp as a double- edged sword.I wonder what God thinks of women today the women of America?Ladies when you look in the mirror and say Umm I look sexy and I feel suxductive Than please TURN around and take that outfit off,cause how you dress will affect how you act,dont let your clothing be your downfall.A modest woman shows respect for men,Now the Bible doesnt say how long your minnie skirt should be but it does say this 'Love your neightbors as yourself Matthew 22:39.When you dress immodestly are you loveing your neighbors as yourself?are you helping to protect men from impure thoughts?No your not.all a man's ways seem innocent to him,but motives are weighed by The Lord Proverbs 16:2.We should help guard our brothers from sexual temtation.How you dress makes a difference on how guys view you.I am like many of you a single women in search of a handsome man who is going to prize my purity as I do,and in the same way a man who prizes his purity as much as I do.So why would I want to be apart of the problem,why would I want to be one of the women who is leading our men astray,I dont,I respect them to much,I respect God to much,and I respect myself to much.No matter your style,age,orshape,you can find modesty anyplace,use decression wisely, learn your body type and love it!!!!!Dont get to believing that there is only one body type and the others just dont measure up cause thats not true,cause though some may look good on others doesnt mean it will look good on you.So get to know your body type and what fits you best

Im inlove with Someone

am in love with Someone very Special He loves me so much I am never off His mindI am in love with Someone who loved me firstHe loves me so much He gives me reasons to be joyful I am in love with someone who takes care of me and comforts me when Im scaredHe loves me so much He gives me flowers to look at during the Spring and yes there more than a dozen.I am in love with someone who thinks I have beauty beyond compareHe loves me so much He wrote me a love letter longer than any letter I ever read, and He paid a bigger price to have it written.I am in love with Someone who thinks I am to die forHe loves me so much He died to save me,Who is this Someone whom I love?His name is Jesus Christ.And yes I love Him and love to tell people the things He does for me daily.And there is none like HIM.When people ask me if im in love I cannot wait to say YES I am His Name is Jesus Christ.have you heard of Him?

"Our Christian fight"

There is not a day that goes by where I am not constantly fighting.I must have my armor on at all times.My Sword of The Spirit,Belt of Truth,Breastplate of Righteosness,Readiness from the Gospel of Peace and Helmet of Salvation.I must wear this armor at all times or I will be captured aswell.I have known people,people that I have loved fall against me.Some have been captured and some have went freely.I walk on this battle field that never seems to end.I am constanly on the lookout my eyes and ears must be sharp because they are trying to find my brothers,sisters and I and destroy us.They know where we are and I can feel them trying to get ahold of us.Its by Gods Amazing Grace they have not.I am hated everywhere I go,I know you told me they would but I know you are with me and are fighting with me and I know with you I can not lose.I know You are comming soon and this war will end but the problem is that there are many people that do not understand.Many people are hiding,scared and lonely and we must find them so You can save them before its too late.They are crying in the darkness they feel alone and dark and they want to be saved from this dark whole but they dont know how.We must find them before the enemy does.We must stand together with our armor on and we must never take it off.WE must stand together and join our hands with prayer and fight the good fight.For Our GOD is with us during Our CHRISTIAN FIGHT.

Hey this is a letter to us girls written from a group of Christian guys.Its really awesome!

Girls, could we talk to you right out of our hearts for a few minutes? It is awkward for us to talk about something of this nature, in person, so we thought we would write our feelings.We are young men who have been saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit. We desperately want to live for Christ and not follow the ways of the world. Since we have been baptized (immersed) in a "Holy" Spirit, we feel in our hearts that we should live "holy" lives. After all, our bodies are the temple, the sanctuary, the place where the "Holy" Spirit lives and makes His home.We know that guys and girls are affected differently, so since we desperately want to follow hard after God, could we kindly and respectfully ask you to help us with a few things?We realize that girls are primarily stimulated or turned on by "touch." Did you know that guys are turned on by "sight?" So when you are "aroused" (sexually awakened) by a guy's "touch," we are in the same way aroused by mere "sight." Let us explain. When we see girls who are dressed in a suggestive, revealing, provocative, teasing, tantalizing manner, our sexual desires are aroused. Our bodies are then affected. To be absolutely candid, let us give you some examples of what we are referring to. If you are wearing a blouse that barely meets the waist of your slacks and some of your skin showswhile you are moving around, or simply while you are walking, sitting, or kneeling, our minds are geared to wonder what more of your body would look like further up....This causes our bodies to respond biologically, and suddenl we are fighting a war in our minds and bodies. And that war of lust is continuing often long, even hours, after you are gone. We hate this, because our "righteous man" wants to think pure thoughts....When you wear low-cut tops which are in any degree revealing, or when you bend over, and they are revealing, this again causes us big problems in the flesh. Or if the back is out of your top, we automatically think that you do not have the undergarment on, and the Spirit and the flesh begin to fight again. Or when we see any glimpse of your undergarments, such as straps and the like, we have trouble. What we are trying to say is this: If it is not for sale, don't advertise it. We really feel that the still small voice of the Holy Spirit speaks to you and nudges you when it is too tight, too short, too low, or too revealing. Will you listen to that voice? For the Scripture says, "Quench not the Spirit." (1 Thess. 5:19)Girls, do you know what we would really like? We would like to come among our Christian sisters and not have to fight and struggle in the flesh. We do not need to have to wrestle in the flesh at church or at church activities. We men, whether young, old, single or married, are faced with this every day among girls of the "world." But we would like to have rest in our Spirit man when we come among Christian girls. After all, doesn't the Scripture tell us to "come out from among the world and be you separate, saith the Lord." (2 Cor. 6:17) It also tells us that "all that is in the world, the lust of the eye, and the lust of the flesh, is not of the Father, but is of the world." (1 John 2:15) We are the church, not the world.We know that people often use the verse, "Man looketh on the outward appearance, but God looketh on the heart," (1 Sam. 16:7) to condone anything they wish to wear. This is one of the most misused/used out-of-context verses in the Bible. Conversely, the fact is, if your heart is pure, your outward appearance will be modest....Girls can be fashionable and modest at the same time. To be honest, we respect you more when your appearance is modest, as the Scripture commands in 1 Timothy 2:9. We really do not want the kind of girl who dresses provocatively, for we know that if we marry her, she will still be that way in the presence of other men once we are married.We know that we have Christian responsibilites toward girls, too. We must be careful to portray ourselves properly. We must treat you like ladies. If we are really committed Christian guys, we will strive to treat you like Jesus would. After all, you are daughters of God.Thank you, dear Christian sisters, for hearing our hearts on this subject. Once we have conveyed the truth of the matter to you, you become responsible before God for what you do with the truth. We really are "our brother's keeper." (Genesis 4:9.) We know that there is a "cult of conformity" in our generation, but we as Christians "march to the beat of a different drummer." Please, girls, do not say, "I don't care," but help us in these last days to live as close to Jesus as we can. Thank you so much.Sincerely,Committed Christian Guys

10 ways to witness to a friend

Hey guys, If you guys are anything like me in having a hard time witnessing to friends and Fam maybe this will help:) Here are some idea's I have listed to make it a little easier to tell your friends about the gospel :) Last Sunday night I was sitting in in my room listening to my cool music as a question appeared in my head "Why is it so hard to to share the gospel"??? I mean if we really think about it why is it so hard,I mean its better than telling your friend about the awesome shoe sale at the mall and we call them up to tell them as soon as we hear about it and than I was reminded of Matt 10:22 "And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. We are afraid to be hated,rejected and betrayed by our friends and anyone we talk too. After thinking about that I felt this spiritual pain in my heart because I realize that My Lord went through worse for mine and your sake. He was beaten brutally,mocked,hated,rejected and betrayed and just by one of His disciples who was His friend. So then I grabbed a piece of paper from my desk and sat down and started writing ways to witness to friends. I got ten so far and if you guys have any other great idea's we can use just leave a comment or pass it on:) When we witness we need to be educated when it comes to the Ten Commandments. The Ten commandment our like a mirror,It shows who we are and that we are in need of a Savour so this is one hand mirror I think we should have with us at all times to see how we look. So hear are the Ten commandments.I am the Lord your God. You shall not have strange gods before me. idolize people,or things is considered as worshipping people...2. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. Saying His name out of anger or as a cuss word. Lets just say if you say it for no reason,just to say it.3. Remember to keep holy the Lord's Day. Relaxing on Sunday taking it easy just to worship God and not spending it to catch up on things.4. Honor your father and your mother. Obeying your parents...Doing what they say when they say it,and honoring there judgement even if you are legal age5. You shall not kill. Im sure lots can say they have kept this one but what others don't know is that God say's that if you even hate a person you have committed murder in your heart and that's where God looks.6. You shall not commit adultery. Once again many can say they have not done this but Jesus said if you have ever looked at someone in lust you have in your heart.7. You shall not steal. I know you know what this one means so no need to explain..8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. Gossiping,telling lies about them...9. You shall not desire your neighbor's wife. 10. You shall not desire your neighbor's goodsokay so there are the commandments the other thing people need to know is the meaning of repentance.repentance is a change of mind, prompted by a change of heart, resulting in a change of life. Jesus told a story about a man who had two sons. He said to the first, "Go, work today in my vineyard." The first son said he would not work in his dad’s vineyard, but Jesus said he later repented and went. What did this boy do when he repented? He simply changed his mind. God wants us to change our minds about sin and our participation in it. That’s what the Bible is talking about in commanding all men to repent.Repentance is a necessary part in becoming a Christian and in living the Christian life. Jesus said in Luke 13:3, "except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." God wants all who have sinned to repent. He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9.)All Christians have repented of their sins. However, not all who have repented are Christians. Saul of Tarsus is a Bible example of one who believed on Jesus and was a penitent (Acts chapters 9, 22 and 26). God sent Ananias to instruct Saul. Ananias said, "And now why tarriest thou? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord." (Acts 22:16.) Although Saul had repented of his sins, he needed to be baptized into the death of Christ where the cleansing blood was shed and in this God-ordained way wash away his sins, calling on the name of the Lord.Living an ungodly life and asking for forgiveness and doing it all over gain the next day without a thought is not repenting.There is a penalty for wrongdoing. Forgiveness means the penalty has been removed, the wrong has been pardoned. God offers full and complete forgiveness. "For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more." (Hebrews 8:12.)Okay hear are some idea's for witnessingPlan 1. Write them a letter.Write them a letter speaking on how much you love and care about them and even more so how much GOD loves and cares about them and don't forget to add Gods amazing Grace and what He did for us so we wouldn't have to spend eternity in hell. Add a Bible verse too such as John 3:16 and other awesome one's :)plan 2. Put notes in there locker.If you prefer it too be anonymous"which is okay" Put notes in there locker,car window ,bag or purse.plan 3.Facebook and Myspace.If FB and MS is a hobbies to you as it is me why not using it for Gods glory.It can be a great witnessing tool. If you notice your friend is doing something wrong and unwise but don't really want to tell them or even know how to tell them write a note or blog about it. Don't mention them or anything that has to do with them because that could lead to a pretty bad quarrel but just speak on that topic "why its wrong"? "Why it can damage you physically and spiritually"? "What God has to say about it"? And remember if they ask you if its wrong and you say its okay.That's really no better than you doing it yourself.plan 4. Do not be embarrassed to show Gods love to the world.Remember "The Fruit of the Spirit" Love, joy, peace ,patience, kindness goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. If you have these qualities and show them, your friends will begin to wonder "Hmm... there's something different about that Christian" Take things with a cheerful heart, and im not saying you can't get upset or angry because those are normal feelings but don't freak out over every little thing and then going to tell your friends how "God is always good to you, and you always have the faith that God is in control" Because they will begin to think like your a hypocrite.plan 5. Put out Bible verse's I have heard many say that they would be more willing to do more witnessing if they had tracks to give away but cant afford to buy them, Well how about we start making our own?? We are created in the image of God . Would you call God creative??So use that creative gift he has given you and put it in to action!!! Put them in carts, benches, leave them in planes, cabs, Fast food place's and even give some to your waitress.You never know you just might make somebody's day.plan 6. Invite them to your church and youth group.Make sure they know your not telling them to come but as a friend asking them.And if they say no, don't nag them let them come on there own time just never give up.Keep telling them about it and how much fun it is, But not to where that's all you want to talk about.plan 8. TALK TO THEM!Talk to them about God, and not just what He can to for them but what He has already don't for you. DONT COMPROMISE YOUR CONVICTIONS!!! Tell them the truth about all that is true do not bend the truth just so that they wont get offended If you do this that talk about God pretty much was a waste of time..I have compromised my convictions in the past just so I would'nt hurt anyones feelings and I had to correct it!plan 9. Stand your ground.They say if you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.Be cautious and remember you can't serve both God and Satan. Don't do things just because your friends are. Don't think that maybe if you do a little cussing, smoking, or drinking or anything impure they may see that being a Christian isn't so bad...GARBAGE!!! Not only would you be making a great target for ungodliness,but you are not providing the truth about Christianity. BEING A CHRISTIAN IS AWESOME and you don't need to do that by showing off ungodliness but showing Gods love.Plan 10.PRAY FOR THEM.Even though it may be hard to believe but this is the most important thing you can do, because God is the only One who can save.you can't save yourself or others. So let God use you to get to your friends and don't stop praying for them :)

How blessed you are, you single one, Don't talk of care and woes. You've got too much to be thankful for, oh what, you'd like to know. Its no mistake, no misdirection of God's perfect plan that you've not found your special lady or you, that certain man. God loves you so and has much more to give than you've ever received. That He's giving His best to you right now, You really must believe. His best is Himself, do you have it in full or only a bit on the side. No man can meet your needs like God, Nor can a lovely bride. If your life's not complete, you know that Jesus is and your life He will fill if you'll only put Him first each day and live to do His will. He's gifted you for undistracted Devotion to The Lord. There should be nothing that can interfere with Him and prayer and the Word. Unless you let down the guard of your heart and let others take His place, Then you'll lack joy and peace and hope and not experience His grace. So give your heart right back to God, Let Him keep it safe for you. And when its better than His best, He'll make your one into two.
